You may cancel your subscription at any time. To do so, send an e-mail to us at "email@example.com"
with your contact information and the word CANCEL in the subject line.
You may also fax a cancellation to us at (505) 275-6191. Lastly, you may
cancel by calling us at (505) 275-6746.
If you cancel your subscription, your Subscriber status remains active for the remainder of the 30-day period for which you paid. Your subscription will no longer auto-renew at the end of that 30-day period.
For example, if you purchased a monthly subscription on January 1st and then cancel your subscription on January 20th. You will continue to have Subscriber status until January 30th. After that you will continue to be able to have site access with Member status.
After your credit card has been charged, that order is non-refundable and your subscription automatically renews until you decide to cancel.
If your credit card expires or becomes invalid for any reason, you will be notified through email. You then have 15 days to correct the problem with your credit card before we try to charge your card again. If we still receive an error when trying to process your card, then we'll cancel your subscription and send you an email advising you of your change of status.
